Videocon has released a new flagship in India for a price of Rs 8,990 ($135).
The Ultra50 sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with curved bezel design. It houses a fingerprint scanner and 13MP primary camera and 5MP shooter in the front with LED flash.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 3GB RAM and up to 32GB of internal memory. The Android smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed by a 3000 mAh battery.
Other features include a dual WhatsApp, gesture controls for quick access of features and pre-installed ‘SOS-Be Safe’ emergency response app.
The device can be purchased online or at retail stores. Videocon is offering users The company is also offering 18 months warranty on the phone.
If you are looking for a slightly cheaper smartphone of Videocon, you might want to consider Cube 3 which was launched last month.
