Redmi Note 4 flash sale begins in India, next sale on Feb 3

Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4 launched in India last week. The Chinese smartphone maker announced a flash sale today at 12pm on Flipkart. As always, the phone sold out in just a few seconds after launch.

There are three variants of the flagship device for buyers to choose from. It consists of a 2GB RAM/32GB storage, 3GB RAM/32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage.

While the base model is priced at Rs 9,999 ($146), the second variant sells at Rs 10,999 ($161). And the 4GB RAM version has a price tag of Rs 12,999 ($190). Buyers have three color options as well – Gold, Grey and Silver. The device sports a metal unibody design and a 5.5-inch full-HD 2.5D curved glass IPS display.

The Redmi Note 4 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, alongside Adreno 506 GPU. In terms of camera, the Android phone has a 13-megapixel CMOS sensor equipped with PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and dual-tone LED flash on the rear. For selfies, there is a 5MP front camera with an 85-degree wide angle lens.

Redmi Note 4 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is backed by a 4100mAh battery. The next flash sale for the Xiaomi device will be held on February 3. Log on to Flipkart or Xiaomi’s Mi.com to beat the rush and get your hands on one.
