Consumers in India will see a new Lenovo phone launch on Wednesday. First unveiled at the IFA 2016, the P2 is a mid-range device that already sells in China and few other markets.

“With 3 days to go, are you ready to hold the power? Lenovo P2- the #Powerhouse is coming to keep you going. Unveiling on 11th Jan, 12:30pm,” Lenovo India’s Twitter handle proclaimed.
The P2 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 processor. The processor will be coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 34GB/64GB storage options.
To support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth v4.1, the device will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
It will also sport a 13MP primary camera and 5MP front shooter. The dual-SIM device will be backed by a 5100mAh battery with fast charging capability.
Lenovo P2 will be a Flipkart exclusive in India. Color options include Champagne Gold and Graphite Grey colour variants. Details on pricing will be announced at the launch.
