Lenovo has been one busy company as of late. It has been bringing a series of handsets to the Indian market, the latest in the form of Lenovo K6 Note.
The Chinese technology company has announced it will launch the Android smartphone on December 17. It will be up for grabs in over 15,000 stores for a price of Rs 13,999 ($206).
Lenovo K6 Note is a dual-SIM smartphone and comes in two storage variants – 3GB RAM/32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage. It will feature a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display (1920×1080 pixels) and will have a fingerprint scanner at the back.
The metal-clad device will be powered by a Snapdragon 430 processor. Other highlights include a 16MP PDAF rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and 8MP front camera. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS.
This is the first time Lenovo is launching a K series device offline. With features like Theatermax and Dolby Atmos, the device is designed for best immersive smartphone experience.
The K6 Note will be available in dark grey, gold and silver colours. Lenovo will also be selling the ANT VR headset and the VR Controller priced at Rs 1,299 ($20) and Rs 2,800 ($41) respectively.
The newest device comes just a month after Lenovo launched the K6 Power, a 5-inch full-HD display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and 3GB RAM. The Flipkart exclusive had a full-metal body design.
