HTC 11 specs leaked: 5.5-inch display, 8GB RAM & Snapdragon 835 processor

HTC’s upcoming smartphone will be a productivity powerhouse. A new leak has revealed much of the specs on the purported HTC 11.

The leak on Chinese networking site Weibo revealed the smartphone to sport a 5.5-inch Quad HD display. The highlight is the RAM. It is the first smartphone with a massive 8GB RAM.

Further, you have a 256GB internal memory and a dual camera on the back. The primary cameras will consist of two 12-megapixel sensors and there will also be a 8-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies.

HTC has upped the ante by bringing the latest Snapdragon 835 processor. The battery will consist of 3,700 mAh with Qualcomm Quick Charging 4.0 technology. Besides these specs, we dont have much insight into the pricing or availability.

To recall the predecessor of the upcoming device, the HTC 10, it was unveiled in April 2016 and carried a price tag of $699. The device has a premium metal build and features a 5.2-inch QHD Super LCD 5 display.

Other specs include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 quad-core SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB storage. HTC 10 houses a 12MP UltraPixel 2 camera with BSI sensor, optical image stabilization and f/1.8 aperture. For selfies, it had a 5MP front-facing autofocus camera.

HTC also had brought a second model of the flagship during the launch, the HTC 10 Lifestyle, a cheaper version of the smartphone.
