The Galaxy J3 (2017) for Europe market seen in new leak

For weeks, rumors have been circulating on Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy J series devices – the Galaxy J5 (2017), Galaxy J7 (2017) and Galaxy J3 (2017). Images of one of them, the Galaxy J3, is now out in the public, showing the device from various angles.

The Galaxy J3 (2017) with model number SM-J330 is expected to first be introduced in Europe and then to other markets. According to SamMobile, while the previous J3 models had a plastic body, the latest leak reveals that the upcoming J3 (2017) will have a partial metal body.

Galaxy J3 will sport a 5-inch LCD screen with 1280x720p resolution. Powering the device is a an Exynos 7570 1.4GHz processor with ARM Mali-T720 graphics processor. The processor is paired with a 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage. There are whispers of a 3GB RAM and 32GB variant, but we can be sure around the launch.

For pictures, there is a 16MP f/2.0 camera on rear and 16MP front camera for selfies. According to reports, the J3 (2017) will feature NFC and two SIM card slots. It will also be armed with a 2,600 mAh battery and run Android 7.0 Nougat of the box. The device should hit store shelves by June.
