ZTE teases possible Blade A610 device for India

Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has released a teaser hinting the launch of its upcoming yet-to-be announced device.

ZTE posted a clip on its India Twitter page showing off the rounded edges and metal body design of the device that is speculated to be the ZTE Blade A610.

The company has meanwhile sent out media invites for a launch event to be held in Delhi on February 3.

If the device will be the ZTE Blade A610, we already have the specs and pricing available, thanks to its international availability.

Features to expect

ZTE Blade A610 will feature a 5.5 inch FHD display with 2.5D curved glass protection. It will be powered by a MediaTek MT6750T octa core processor, paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. There will be a 13MP primary camera and 8MP shooter for selfies.

The highlight of the device is the massive 5,000 mAh battery. It will give both Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Lenovo P2 a run for its money. The Redmi phone has a 4,100 mAh battery, while the Lenovo P2 is decked with a 5,100 mAh battery.

We are not sure whether the device will be ZTE Blade A610 or ZTE Blade A610 Plus. Either way, the device is launching this Friday, we will keep you posted on the release.
