Yi, a popular alternative to the more expensive GoPro, will unveil a new action camera at the upcoming CES 2017. Dubbed as Yi 4K+, the gadget will be an upgrade to the original Yi 4K action camera.
Not much details on the specifications, hardware and others are made public as yet. As for the action camera, you can expect pretty much the same specs seen on the older Yi 4K. It had a 2.19-inch LCD touchscreen with 640 x 360 high resolution, designed with Gorilla Glass Retina to resist scratches.
With up to two hours of battery life, the Yi 4K has a 12MP Sony sensor that delivers 4K video at 30fps and has wide-angle lens with F2.8 aperture for photos. It also packs dual microphones, 5GHz Wi-Fi connectivity and electronic stabilization. The action camera was priced at $250.
