Last month, the Vivo X9s Plus had passed through TENAA, indicating that a launch is imminent. A teaser from the company now officially confirms the device will launch the first week of July.
Vivo will be releasing two smartphones, the X9s and a bigger version of the same, the X9s Plus, on July 6. According to the specs that was listed on TENAA, a major USP of the X9s Plus will be its dual camera and battery setup.
The Vivo X9s Plus will have a 5.85-inch Full HD screen. At the core of its hardware is a Snapdragon 653 chipset that is paired with a 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. And the operating system is tipped to be Android Nougat 7.1.1.
For some time smartphone makers are seen betting big on camera sensors to ramp up sales. On the X9s Plus, Vivo will be fitting a dual 20MP+5MP camera and a primary camera of 16MP with phase detection autofocus and LED flash. All this will be supported by a decent battery of 3,920 mAh.
When it launches, users can find two color versions – Gold and Rose Gold. As for the X9s, details are very slim at the moment. In a couple of days, we should be able to ascertain the features of both the devices.
