The newest Vivo phone will be a real treat for selfie lovers. The Chinese smartphone maker has unveiled the Vivo X9s and X9s Plus with dual front cameras.
As is a trend nowadays, most releases have a Plus version, a variant with a bigger screen and beefier hardware. The X9s and the X9s Plus is no different.
On the X9s, you have a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED screen. The hardware includes a Snapdragon 652 processor that is coupled with a 4GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage. The highlight are the cameras, with the rear camera being of 16MP with LED flash and front-facing camera being of 20MP+5MP with f/2.0 aperture.
The 4G LTE phone has a fingerprint scanner on the home button and is equipped with a decent 3,320 mAh battery for power. The X9s Plus boasts a bigger battery at 4,015 mAh.
On the bigger Plus version, you have a 5.85-inch AMOLED display and Snapdragon 653 chipset with the standard RAM and storage options. Both the devices run Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Funtouch OS 3.0 on top.
The The X9s is priced at CNY 2,698 ($396) and the X9s Plus will sell at CNY 2,998 ($440). The sale will commence in China on July 20.
