Budget smartphone manufacturer Swipe has unveiled the Elite Max in India for a price of Rs 10,999 ($162). As of Friday, the device will only be available exclusively on Flipkart.
The Elite Max is a youth-centric feature-filled device with a 5.5-inch IPS display and 32GB storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD).
It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 4GB RAM. For pictures, you have a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and PDAF and an 8MP shooter in the front.
As for connectivity, the device supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.
Prior to Elite Max, Swipe had brought out the Elite Star. It was launched earlier this week with an affordable price of Rs 3,333 ($49). Though it is a budget phone, it contains nifty features, including 4G VoLTE support.
For more insight on the specs, you have a 1.5GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB expandable storage. The 4-inch display phone sports a 5MP primary camera and a 1.3MP front shooter. It is backed well by a 2,000mAh battery.
