Reliance Digital has launched a new smartphone under its LYF brand together with a Reliance Jio Happy New Year offer, providing unlimited voice calls and data until March 31, 2017.
The LYF F1s sports a 5.2-inch full HD display and features a 2.5D curved glass on top. The smartphone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset, accompanied by Adreno 510 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The 32GB of internal storage is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.
For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, GPRS, EDGE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. A smaller variant of the LYF F1 Plus that was launched in October, the new device houses a 3,000mAh battery providing 11.5 hours of talk time on 4G and 8 hours of video playback.
Photo addicts can take advantage of the 16MP auto focus rear camera that can record up to 4K UDH videos and comes with continuous autofocus, video HDR, OptiZoom, and UbiFocus. There is also a 5MP front camera with LED flashlight for selfies.
The dual SIM weighing 146 grams is priced at Rs 9,599 ($141). The more advanced LYF F1 Plus was launched at Rs 13,399 ($197) and featured a 5.5-inch 1080p display and Samsung Exynos octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage. Other specs include a 3,200mAh battery, 16MP rear camera and 8MP front shooter.
Reliance Digital is offering a 1+1 year warranty for the LYF F1S. Buyers can also take advantage of the cashback offer.
