If you are done with rumors, here are verified details on Redmi 4 which was spotted on Chinese certification website TENAA.
Much of the recent speculations appeared true. The Redmi 4 has a 5-inch full HD screen and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. It has a 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD. Battery capacity will be around 4000mAh
The listing also confirms the camera setup being a 13MP on the rear with LED flash and 5MP camera for selfies. There is no official update on the launch date or price, but the device is expected to be available by early November for a price of 1300 Yuan ($192).
Looking at the cost, it does appear that Xiaomi has priced it more expensive than the previous Redmi 3. Launched in January, this year, the 5-inch display features an octa-core Snapdragon 616 chipset along with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
Redmi 3 sported a 13MP primary camera with LED flash and 5MP secondary camera. It was available in several color options that included Gold, Dark Gray, Silver and Classic Gold. The Redmi 4 could only be sold in Silver and Gold versions.
The Redmi 3 brought quite a success to Xiaomi that it later came out with the Redmi 3s, Redmi Pro and Redmi Prime. The specs more or less were closely related.
