Razer has added a new edition to its best selling gaming mouse series.
The DeathAdder Elite comes with the world’s most advanced optical sensor and is capable of tracking up to 16,000 dots per inch (DPI) at 450 inches per second (IPS).
It has an ergonomic right-handed design with textured rubber side grips, 7 independently programmable Hyperesponse buttons, gold-plated USB connector and lightweight fiber cable. The weight is right around 105 g / 0.23 lbs.
“The world’s best gaming mouse just got even better. We’ve improved just about everything on the Razer DeathAdder Elite,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO.
Razer claims the DeathAdder Elite has the highest measured resolution accuracy (RA) ever recorded in a gaming mouse, at 99.4 percent.
It is also the first mouse to come with Razer Mechanical Mouse Switches that is optimized for fastest response times. Other features include an improved tactile scroll wheel besides customizable lighting features that can be synced across devices.
Razer claims the flagship mouse was tested by professional eSports athletes and ensures the “highest levels of performance and comfort”.
The pre-order for the mouse begins today. The gaming accessory is priced at $70.
