OnePlus today officially launched the OnePlus 3T. The device is an upgraded version of the OnePlus 3 and features a faster processor, enhanced camera and increased storage.
Though much of the features were leaked before the release, here is the actual seen on the device. The OnePlus 3T retains the display with a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED screen. It is powered by a 2.35GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor paired with 6GB of RAM.
On OnePlus 3 the battery was of 3,000 mAh, in 3T you have a larger 3,400 mAh battery setup with support for Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging technology. The internal storage comes with 64GB/128GB options.
The camera department has a 16MP front-facing camera, an upgrade from 8MP. There is also a 16MP rear camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and Optical Image Stabilisation.
OnePlus 3T comes with a USB Type-C port for charging and data-syncing purposes. The device will run OxygenOS build based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and GPS/ A-GPS.
As for sale, OnePlus said 3T should hit store shelves in the U.S. on November 22. It will be priced at $439. You can find two color variants – Gunmetal and Soft Gold.
