Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 3310 to be unveiled at MWC; Specs and pricing leaked

Nokia is all set to release a slew of new devices at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) this year. HMD Global, the Finnish company developing Nokia Android phones, is planning to unveil Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and a brand new version of vintage Nokia 3310 at MWC 2017 on February 26.

As per a new leak doing rounds online from Evan Blass (a.k.a. @evleaks), Nokia in partnership with HMD Global is apparently working on a number of low-end devices. The Finnish brand will launch Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 packed with Android 7.0 Nougat at MWC. Also, Nokia 3310 is supposed to make a comeback at this event.

The new Nokia 5 will come equipped with a 5.2-inch 720p touchscreen, a 12MP rear camera and a 7MP selfie shooter at the front – both cameras having full HD video recording support. Powered with the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS, the device will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, clocked at 1.4 Ghz. If the leaked specs are to be believed then Nokia 5 may feature a 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage capacity. The Nokia 5 will be available for €199 ($211).

The next device in the series is Nokia 3 which will reportedly pack an entry-level Android OS. Although there is not much information available about the specs of this low-end device, the Nokia 3 device will be priced at €149 ($148).

Calling all those Nokia smartphone lovers out there, the vintage Nokia 3310 is going to appear in a new makeover at MWC 2017 this year. Although, the company hasn’t divulged much information about the specs of this device, the classic 3310 is supposed to come upgraded with premium features. The latest version of Nokia 3310 is expected to arrive in the market at a budget price tag of €59 ($62).

As yet there is no official confirmation about the specs and information on the launch of new Nokia smartphones, it is expected that the company may announce these devices at the MWC press event. Meanwhile, stay tuned as we bring you more details about the upcoming Nokia devices.
