The phones, powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC, will pack 4GB RAM and will run on Android 7.1 Nougat. According to latest benchmarks, the Pixel phone will have a 5-inch display and boast of 32GB internal memory

Google Pixel XL will be close but with better specs. It will have a 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED display, come with Snapdragon 820/821 chipset and 32GB and 128GB storage options. The phone will be backed by a 3,450mAh battery.
