The next big device to come out of Motorola after the Moto Z2 Force Edition, is the new Moto G5S and the G5S Plus, which have been due for release in the coming weeks. Thanks to new leaks, we can now know what the devices, mostly the G5S Plus will look like.
In terms of specifications, the G5S Plus is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. In terms of screen size, the phone is said to come with a larger 5.5-inch screen. On the optics side, the front camera is touted to be an 8MP sensor and on the back, the phone will feature a dual-camera setup that will feature two 13MP camera sensors. While this phone does boast impressive specifications, it is very similar in function and capacity to the original Moto G5 Plus, which is still considered to be a bargain for its sub-$300 price tag. The company is also going to release a G5S soon as well, which will be a slightly smaller offering than the G5S Plus, in terms of screen size.
Everything about the G5S Plus will be reminiscent of the older G5 Plus, also featuring the front facing fingerprint scanner that also functions as the home button. The phone will also feature internal storage of 64GB plus expandability. The phone is also said to come with a price tag of 330 Euros and will also come with Dolby Atmos Audio support as well. Interestingly, the dual camera on the back, while having two 13MP sensors, will feature one with monochrome shooting and the other for RGB shooting, which is currently the trend among smartphones having dual-sensor cameras. When the phone will actually be released or where it will be available as of now has not yet been revealed.
