There is a new Xiaomi smartphone spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench. Bearing the name Xiaomi Mix Evo, the device was seen listed on Tuesday, January 17.
The operating system on the device appears to be Android Marshmallow 6.0.1, while the processor is shown as MSM8998 (Snapdragon 835). The RAM is of 4GB.
The device could be an updated version of the Mi Mix which was launched in October last year. It came with a 6.4-inch touchscreen display and was powered by quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor.
Under the hood, you also had a 4GB RAM and 128GB storage (not expandable). Powered by a 4400 mAh non removable battery, the Mi Mix sported a 16MP main camera and 5MP shooter on the front for selfies.
The rumored Mi Mix Evo undoubtedly should have superior hardware and also latest OS. Regrettably, there is sparse information on what it will come with. But being listed on benchmarking sites, you can be assured of an impending launch.
