New renders on a Meizu phone without borders could be the much rumored Meizu Pro 7. The images were spotted Saturday on Weibo.
The visuals reveal a Meizu phone with screen covering close to 100% and a ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the display. There will be two variants of Meizu Pro 7, with the base model priced at around $395.
Meizu Pro 7 could sport a 5.62-inch Super AMOLED screen and a 8-megapixel front facing camera. The specifications of the rear camera is not available as yet. We also know from the leaked images that the device will come equipped with the amCharge 4.0 rapid recharge system. The technology will recharge the phone to full in just 40 minutes.
The flagship device will have two variants, the first being a 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, and the second being of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The base model has a price tag of Yuan 2699 ($395) and the latter will sell for Yuan 3099 ($455).
Earlier this month Meizu released the Meizu Pro 6S which had close resemblance to Apple’s iPhone 7. It featured a sleek, aluminium body with 5.5-inch SuperAMOLED screen. The phone is powered by Helio X25 and has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Available in Grey, Gold, Silver and Rose Gold, Meizu Pro 6S uses a 12-megapixel rear camera and packs a 3,060 mAh battery.
