Lenovo Yoga Book sale begins in India: Know price and features

The 2-in-1 hybrid tablet Yoga Book was made official in India on Tuesday. Lenovo had earlier sent out media invites for the launch.

The Yoga Book, first introduced at the IFA 2016, comes in two versions – Android and Windows 10. Lenovo has only brought the Windows version to the Indian market. Priced at Rs 49,990 ($740), the convertible comes with a Halo Keyboard and is bundled with Real Pen stylus, Book Pad and Real Pen ink refills.

For more insight into the hardware, the Yoga Book packs a 10.1-inch full HD display and runs an Intel Atom x5-Z8550 processor. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Available exclusively on Flipkart, the tablet comes with support for Real Pen and a regular stylus.

Dubbed the world’s “thinnest and lightest” hybrid, the Yoga Book is fitted with a 8500mAh battery and even sports an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. As for the battery, Lenovo says it can give 13 hours of usage and 70 days of standby.

The highlight without question is the Halo keyboard, which is a full touch-screen backlit keyboard without physical keys. And with the pen accessory, users can draw on the Halo keyboard just like a real pen.
