Lenovo unveils ThinkPad T570 and ThinkPad T470 aimed at business users

Lenovo has unveiled two robust ThinkPad series business laptops that is equipped with a Thunderbolt port, touch fingerprint reader and IR camera to enable Windows Hello login.

The ThinkPad T570 and ThinkPad T470 will go on sale starting March 2017. It comes with the latest Intel Core I technology (Kaby Lake processors), Windows 10 Pro and few other customizable options.

Clearly aimed at the business market, the ThinkPad T570 is 8% lighter at 4.4 lbs as well as 10% thinner than its predecessor. It boasts customizable storage and discrete graphics options and front and rear batteries that can achieve 16 hours runtime.

The graphics is a GeForce 940MX with 2G 2.5GHz GDDR5, while the memory is of 32GB DDR4, besides storage being up to 1TB. Priced at $909, the system offers a 15.6-inch (1920 x 1080) FHD Touch or (3840 x 2160) UHD non-Touch display.

Connectivity options include WiGig, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.0 USB x 3, Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type C), FPR and NFC. It has a Precision Touchpad, touch fingerprint reader and IR camera option

Towards the ThinkPad T470, you have a laptop that is is 20mm thin and weighs at 3.49 lbs. It is powered by the latest Intel Core I processor and comes with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed. The graphics is a GeForce 940MX with 2GB GDDR5, memory being GeForce 940MX with 2GB GDDR5 and storage a massive 1TB.

Battery life can be configured to 18 hours. Priced at $914, the laptop also is equipped with a touch fingerprint reader, IR camera option and precision touchpad.
