The India sale of Lenovo’s K6 Power began today. Available exclusively on Flipkart, the device is priced at Rs 9,999 ($150) and comes with free accessories as part of launch day.
Introduced at the IFA 2016 in Berlin in September, the K6 Power is aptly named for the massive 4,000 mAh battery capacity that will last up to two days. This converts to 12 hours of surfing and 13 hours of video playback.
The 5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full HD Display phone is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM. The internal storage of 32GB can be expanded to 128GB. For photo addicts, there is a 13MP PDAF rear camera with full HD video recording and 8MP front shooter with screen flash.
The K6 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. Color variants include grey, gold and silver. For now, the device on Flipkart appears out of stock. Only the first 100 who signed for the limited stocks sale were lucky to get their hands on one. The Lenovo K6 Power sale today had exchange bonuses of up to Rs 8,000.
