Consumer electronics company iBall has launched a new Android tablet with 4G connectivity and longer battery life.
The Slide Cuboid sports an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. It comes with the Miravision technology that offers sharpness and strong readability under various lighting conditions.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by an 1GHz quad-core 1.0GHz ARM Cortex A53 processor paired with 2GB RAM. The internal storage of 16GB is expandable upto 32 GB via microSD card.
Connecting to 4G technology, Cuboid owners can watch movies, play games and browse the web at blazing fast speed. And running on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, you can install exciting apps and even do a lot of customizations to your device.
The Cuboid sports a 2MP front camera and 5MP auto-focus rear camera. As for features, you have motion track mode, face detection, anti flicker, selfie timer, panorama, zero shutter delay and multi angle mode.
The tablet supports 21 Indian regional languages with in-built multi-languages keyboard having read and write compatibility.
For heavy users needing longer battery life, the Slide Cuboid is an ideal choice with a massive 4500mAh Li-Polymer battery. You can play 1800 mins of audio or enjoy up to 1680 mins 2G calling.
Besides 4G, the connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi HotSpot, GPRS/Edge, GPS, Bluetooth and FM.
The Cuboid retails at Rs 10,499.
This is not the only 8-inch tablet introduced by iBall. In July, the company brought out the Slide Wings which was powered with Cortex A7 Quad Core Processor and Android 5.1 Lollipop. The only drawback was that it did not support 4G connectivity.
