Huawei outs Enjoy 6s: Know features, specs & price

Huawei has a new mid-range smartphone in the form of Huawei Enjoy 6s. A bigger sibling of the Huawei Enjoy 6 that was launched in October, the new device is priced at CNY 1599 ($230).

huawei-enjoy-6sThe Enjoy 6s sports a metal body with 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS LCD display. Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 435 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM.

Other highlights include a 32GB inbuilt storage, a 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP selfie shooter. Backed by a 3020 mAh battery, Enjoy 6s supports 4G with VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

When stacked up against the Enjoy 6, it appears Huawei has upped the RAM and storage, keeping much of other specifications intact. One more notable difference is the processor. When Enjoy 6 was released it had a 5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen and was powered by a MediaTek MT6750 chipset. The Enjoy 6s features a Qualcomm processor.

The older device also packed a RAM of 3GB and 16GB internal memory. In the new Enjoy 6s, you get 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Not to forget, there is also an 128GB expandable memory slot. The only disappointment is the battery department which packs a 3020 mAh, while in Enjoy 6 you had a non-removable 4,100 mAh battery.

There is no official announcement yet on when the device will make it to other markets.
