HTC Bolt aka HTC 10 Evo will be up for grabs soon

Rumors were doing rounds over HTC releasing the Bolt in the U.S. last month. Also known as HTC 10 Evo in other markets, the device according to latest reports, will be launched in late November.

htc-boltSeveral leaked renders had earlier hinted the device to go official before the start of this month. Latest from ePrice speculates the HTC Bolt to be available for pre-order in the next few weeks in Taiwan.

The Bolt is said to do away with the standard audio port, following suit Apple which was the first to ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack on the iPhone 7. Other features worth noting include the Snapdragon 810 chipset, a 5.5-inch display, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The HTC Bolt will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box with custom Sense UI. As for the resolution, we are still not sure whether it will be a Full HD or QHD. The HTC 10, which launched recently, has a close resemblance to the Bolt and boasts a QuadHD display.

The premium device uses Gorilla Glass 3 and is outfitted with a Snapdragon 820 CPU alongside 4GB of RAM. The internal storage options include 32GB or 64GB. On the camera front, the HTC 10 was equipped with a 12MP main camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP sensor for the camera on the front. It is also backed by a 3000 mAh non-removable battery.
