HP introduces smallest Inkjet printer with wireless connectivity in India

HP today launched the DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 series printer in India. The peripheral, which HP claims is the world’s smallest printer, retails at Rs 7,176.

The all-in-one-printer will be available at stores from September 27. The models part of the series include DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775, Deskjet Ink Advantage 3776 and DeskJet Ink Advantage 3777.

The compact printer has a sleek, colorful design and boasts of print, scan and copy capabilities. It also comes with the HP All-in-One Remote mobile application that allow users to use the printer wirelessly from smartphones and tablets across all major platforms, including iOS and Android.

Not just that, users can also remotely monitor when ink and toner levels are low and order supplies on the go.

Parikshet Singh Tomar, Director of Printing Systems at HP India, said the DeskJet Ink Advantage 700 printers were designed to meet the needs of today’s consumers that “crave for tiny, wireless devices that fit into their lifestyle and enable them to stay connected, be social and productive wherever they may be”.

The all-in-one printer can print borderless, lab-quality photos and laser-sharp documents with ease. Those on social media sites can print and design custom photos from Facebook or Instagram with the free HP Social Media Snapshots application supported by the printer.

The printer, which recently featured on TIME Magazine’s “50 Most Influential Gadgets of All Time”, can print up to 480 pages on a single cartridge.
