Gionee will be launching an entry level Android phone soon. A new device bearing model name F5L has just been certified by telecommunication authority TENAA.
The F5L is expected to launch with an octa-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz (model still to be announced). It will sport a 5.3-inch display with 720 x 1280 HD resolution.
Under the hood, the Android device will have a 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage (expandable by up to 128GB). Weighing 162 grams, the F5L will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
The Chinese smartphone maker will fit the phone with a massive 4,000 mAh battery. Gionee F5L will be available in White and Gold variants.
Gionee’s latest will follow the Gionee Steel 2 that was launched last week. Priced at CNY 1,299 ($188), the phone’s highlight is the incredible 7,000 mAh battery.
Launched in China, the M2017 has 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 3GB of RAM.
