Chinese smartphone maker Elephone has officially unveiled its latest Android-based C1. The pre-sale of the device begins tomorrow.
According to a GizmoChina report, pictures released to the press showed the device looking premium with an all-metal back.
The Elephone C1 sports a 5.5-inch HD display and is powered by 4-core MT6737 CPU processor, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, expandable up to 64GB via MicroSD card.
The dual-SIM phone, which will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, has a 13MP rear camera and 2MP selfie camera with double flash. On the security front, C1 even supports fingerprint unlocking. However, unlike its larger counterparts, the fingerprint module is paced on the back of the body.
And with a battery of 2850mAh, you can be assured of 10-12 hours of active screen time even with 4G.
Elephone C1 will sell at $119 during pre-sale. It is available in two color options – Blue and Gold.

The company is focused on building user-friendly smartphones that are not only affordable but also rich in features. Its recent lineup includes S3, P9000, M3, M2, and S1, to name a few.
