Discounted Moto E4 goes on sale in the US

Moto E4 and E4 Plus was announced earlier this month with some cool features, including a long-lasting battery. For those in the US, the unlocked version of the Moto E4 can now be purchased from Amazon, or through carriers like Republic Wireless and Ting (of course with a contract).

On Amazon, the phone is being sold on a discounted price of $99. A discount of $20 is available on Republic Wireless as well. But when purchasing the unlocked version, you get to use the phone on carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.

Coming to the specs, the Moto E4 packs a 5-inch HD display with 720×1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a Snapdragon 425 processor, paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage

There is an 8MP auto focus camera on the rear and a 5MP shooter on the front for selfies. The device, which runs on Android 7.1 Nougat, is backed by a decent 2,800 mAh battery.

Along with the E4, Motorola also introduced the E4 Plus for global markets. On the bigger variant, you get a 5.5-inch HD display and 16GB/32GB storage options. The rear camera is also bigger at 13MP. But the most important highlight will be the battery which has been bumped up to 5,000 mAh.
