Cooke has announced the launch of new mounts for its miniS4/i lenses.
The UK based company, providing specialist camera lenses and technology, said it will make its miniS4/i lenses for Canon EF, Nikon F, Sony E and Micro Four Thirds.
A single mount will fit every focal length lens in the miniS4/i series. And it is chiefly designed for mirrorless cameras.
“The miniS4/i lenses are steadily gaining popularity for many genres of production, since they have all the coveted attributes of Cooke prime lenses in a smaller, lighter and more affordable form,” said Les Zellan, CEO of Cooke Optics.
“With the introduction of these interchangeable mounts, we can now bring the Cooke Look to many more cameras and productions, giving even more choice to directors of photography,” he added.
At the upcoming IBC 2016 show in Amsterdam, camera enthusiasts can catch sight of the mounts, alongside new 35-140mm Anamorphic/i zoom lens.
The lenses will be available with the mount of choice from October.
