How about a mid-range smartphone with fingerprint scanning and high performance features? That is exactly what Zopo Mobile’s latest Color F1 promises.
The 5.5-inch HD IPS display device is available for purchase online and at retail stores for a price of Rs 8,890 (around $130).
Color F1 has a bright and big 5.5″ display enhanced by a smooth 2.5D glass screen and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Under the hood, you have a MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor paired with a 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 64 GB.
The budget phone offers all the latest in the technological wizardry, including a barcode and QR code scanner. With your Color F2, you can scan the barcodes to get instant information about products.
And with regard to the fingerprint scanner, you can control your music, movies, pictures, camera and much more with a swipe. You can even use the fingerprint scanner to shoot pictures by simply hitting the scanner with your finger.
Another feature worth noting is the multi-account application. Color F1 supports two accounts working simultaneously, meaning you can run two What’s App or Facebook accounts without running into conflicts.
On the camera front, you have 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and 2MP front camera. As for connectivity, the handset supports GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Bluetooth v4.0, FM, GPS and Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n).
Color F1 sports a metal frame and comes packed with a 2300 mAh of battery.
Other devices in the Color series include Color C1, Color C2 and Color S5.5. In July, the Chinese smartphone maker launched the flagship Zopo Speed 8 at a price of Rs 29,999. It was reportedly the first to sport MediaTek’s deca-core Helio X20 MT6797 SoC. The dual-SIM phone came with a 21-megapixel rear camera, 8MP front camera and 4GB of RAM.
