ZTE Blade X Max launched in US: Know features, specs and price

For those in the market for a 6-inch display phone, ZTE’s latest might be a worthwhile gadget to consider. The company today officially launched the ZTE Blade X Max in the US.

The device retails at $150 and will be available through Cricket wireless carrier. The 6-inch Full HD display features a 1080x1920p resolution and is equipped with a Snapdragon 435 processor. Other specs are pretty much predictable, with a 2GB RAM and 32GB storage (expandable up to 128GB via microSD slot).

There is a 3,400 mAh battery that powers the device and yes, it comes with with Quick Charge 2.0 support. In the photography department, users enjoy a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera with video calling support.

With the pricing aimed at the budget conscious, the phone offers more than just average features. There is even a fingerprint scanner on the back. Another important highlight is the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system that it runs on.

The latest launch from ZTE comes just days after it itntroduced the Max XL in the US, another 6-inch FHD IPS display phone that retailed at $129 with Boost Mobile.

The Max XL as well runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and is powered by a Snapdragon 435 chipset, paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage.

For pictures, it had a 13MP primary camera and 5MP sensor on front for selfies. Unlike the Blade X, on the Max XL, ZTE fitted a bigger 3,900 mAh battery. Specs wise both the devices pretty much are same, except they are exclusive with two different carriers.
